Free Fun for Kids in Downtown Seattle All Summer Long

Stomp rockets, arts and crafts, blowing bubbles, games and it’s free all summer in downtown Seattle. The Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) is once again bringing children’s activities to Occidental Square and Westlake Park to keep your little ones moving and learning during the summer months.

The DSA is partnering with the Burke Museum, KidsQuest Museum, Marbles the Brain Store, Pacific Science Center, Sylvan Learning Center and the Woodland Park Zoo to produce a wide range of activities for kids to flip over in the heart of the city.

Children’s activities are scheduled as follows:

  • Occidental Square (117 S Washington St.) – noon – 2 p.m. each Tuesday through August
  • Westlake Park (401 Pine St.) – noon – 2 p.m. each Tuesday AND Wednesday  through August

The DSA manages and programs Occidental Square and Westlake Park to make them inviting and vibrant spaces for all to enjoy.
