WHY WE MATTER.

As the only organization focused exclusively on Downtown, DSA’s impressive legacy includes advocating for a Waterfront promenade and tunnel to replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct, establishing the Metropolitan Improvement District which provides cleaning services to Downtown’s core every day, hosting events like the Holiday Carousel and Out to Lunch Concerts, preserving transit service into Downtown, and helping recruit employers to Downtown. And that’s just the beginning.
