The Clean and Safe Management System (CSMS), a program developed by the DSA uses the open standards of the Internet and offers complete MID Ambassador data management and reporting of daily safety and maintenance activity. Items such as customer response calls, graffiti removal and sidewalk repairs are catalogued and analyzed.
