- Last year, the MID picked up 11 tons of garbage; and removed nearly 10,000 graffiti tags from public and private property
- Downtown ambassadors assisted 4,364 homeless people; and provided 559 security escorts
- Partnered with Seattle Police Department to increase patrols in critical Downtown corridors
- Produces the annual Holiday Wonderland and carousel at Westlake Park which attracts nearly 80,000 riders each year
- Every summer hosts nearly 60 Out to Lunch concerts throughout Downtown
- Produced Nutcracker March, a public art project with fifty decorated sculptures placed throughout Downtown
- Implements multi-media advertising campaign to promote Downtown attracting visitors throughout the year
