Holiday Theatre Performances
Just in case the lights, peppermint mochas, and festive window displays have not given it away- the holidays are here! Besides cheer and spirit the holidays also bring great theatre productions to Downtown Seattle. Check out the list of these productions below and stay tuned for tomorrow’s list of holiday music concerts.
Inspecting Carol
This hilarious spoof, directed by Artistic Director Jerry Manning, follows a struggling theatre as the cast tries to put on their annual production of a “A Christmas Carol”. After the show, stick around for a question and answer session with the cast members.

ELF- The Musical
We all know the story of Buddy, a human raised in the North Pole by elves, who sets off to New York in search of his father. Upon finding him he also finds a lack of Christmas spirit. Buddy’s mission is clear: remind everyone of the true meaning of Christmas.

Owen Meany’s Christmas Pageant
Come enjoy as Owen Meany’s pint-size Messiah complex flourishes when he becomes determined to play the baby Jesus in the church Christmas pageant.

Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol
Come see the traditional holiday favorite, now in its 36th year, in the 90-minute version adapted by Gregory A. Falls and staged by Seattle director Allison Narver.

Black Nativity
Continuing in its 3rd year at the historic Moore Theatre, this Seattle holiday favorite features special guest gospel and R & B star BeBe Winans for performances only from December 21 to December 23.

Louis CK Live
This Emmy and Grammy Award winning comedian Louis C.K. will be appearing at the Paramount for his live tour. For those that do not have tickets for this sold out show yet, we wish you luck.

Stowell & Sendak Nutcracker
Bring your loved ones and enjoy the result of the collaboration between PNB Founding Artistic Director, choreographer Kent Stowell and renowned children’s book author and illustrator Maurice Sendak. Pacific Northwest Ballet’s famous Stowell & Sendak Nutcracker features over 200 dancers, a snowfall every performance, and performance by the PNB Orchestra.
