MID Activity Report
Each day, MID Downtown Ambassadors are out in Downtown Seattle responding to customer calls, giving people directions, removing graffiti, cleaning sidewalks and more. Each of these actions – all to help keep Downtown Seattle a clean and safe place for all – are catalogued and analyzed to ensure all needs are being met.
Information gathered is entered into the Clean and Safe Management System (CSMS) – a program developed by the Downtown Seattle Association – which offers complete MID Ambassador data management and reporting of daily safety and maintenance activities at the click of a button.
